The hotel needed a fresh coat of paint. The location by the sea was picturesque, but some amenities were lacking.
Perched uphill, the hotel offers a refreshing ocean breeze and the serene sound of waves but lacks basic room amenities like Aircon, TV, and proper lighting. The surroundings had a strong sewage odor during hot weather. The shared balcony is a great spot to observe hummingbirds and tanagers.

The spacious and comfortable room offered a breathtaking jungle and ocean panorama, although the 184 stone steps to reach the air-conditioned rooms might be a hurdle for some. Despite some minor drawbacks, the overall experience was memorable and worth it for the views alone.
